BUBBLE ACTIVITIES OF THE WEEK


INFORMAL JOGGING GROUP

In the spirit of the new year that many of you may have started with a very well-intentioned resolution to try to exercise more, we are launching an informal (and free) Jogging Group for beginner runners (babies in proper runner strollers are most welcomed!!). What is so wonderful about running is that once you become a "runner" you can do it at any time, anywhere, it's free and to top it off, you don't even need a babysitter if your child is small enough to go in a running buggy. Don't be deterred by the cold, just layer properly with a wear a warm fleece, running pants etc and you will be amazed at how quickly your body adjusts to the temperature. This is not a class but just a group (no pressure) that will hopefully motivate each other to set new goals. We will aim to prepare for a 5km run to do together in the Spring.

WHEN: Every Friday (except during school holidays), Starting February 8th
TIME: 9:30am

When: Every Monday and Thursday (excluding school holidays)
Time: 9:00 - 10:30
Location: Yoga & Wellness Institute, 20 rue du Gothard, ChĂȘne-Bourg (easy access by tram and underground parking right across the street from the studio)
