PARENTING WORKSHOPS

June 7th - ""Keeping kids on track": How to get them to do homework, setting up a sensible routine, knowing when their week is too busy with extra classes, sports, activities etc.

June 21st - Children's Social Lives": Friends - keeping them losing them, helping your child with their social life, disappointments and how to deal with bullying.

All Parenting Workshops will be from 9:30 - 10:30 at the very cozy Cupcakes & the City Cafe (rue St. Joseph, Carouge).

The Cost of the Class is 30CHF and includes a welcome coffee/tea and tartine with jam

BUBBLE KIDS DISCO "CARNAVAL" - fun for the whole family!!!

BUBBLE DISCO returns to Geneva - This time with a very colorful "Carnival" theme!!!

Let us transport you and your family and friends to the "Carnaval de Brezil" with great music spun by our super DJ Laris, non-stop dancing, ateliers de maquillage, tattoos, brazilian dance and samba demonstrations, goûter and many other fun surprises...

When: Sunday April 3rd

PARENTING WORKSHOPS

Come listen to the wise and practical advice of psychotherapist and WRS' "Kids in Mind" host, Rachel Melville-Thomas, while also having the opportunity to ask her your own questions on the following topics:

March 8th - "Letting them go: separation worries for kids and parents" - helping your child starting nursery, new school, first sleepovers,school trips etc...

March 22nd - "Parenting together" - how to truly share the parenting,being consistent with each other, coping when your partner is often away

April 5th - "Why don't they LISTEN!" - how to communicate better with your children, avoid conflicts and understand them better

Bubble's B.B.M Party (as it's Best Before Midnight)

My bubblecity launches its first B.B.M Party as "it's Best Before Midnight!!" with an "Extravaganza" theme. For parents and adults over 30 who are looking for a VERY fun night out!! Come join us for a bubbly drink while mingling with friends, dancing to great music and tasting the many delicate "petits-fours" prepared by Oli's restaurant chef. And of course a bubble event would not be complete without the delicious cupcakes from Cupcakes & the City!!!

BUBBLE ACTIVITIES OF THE WEEK

INFORMAL JOGGING GROUP

In the spirit of the new year that many of you may have started with a very well-intentioned resolution to try to exercise more, we are launching an informal (and free) Jogging Group for beginner runners (babies in proper runner strollers are most welcomed!!). What is so wonderful about running is that once you become a "runner" you can do it at any time, anywhere, it's free and to top it off, you don't even need a babysitter if your child is small enough to go in a running buggy. Don't be deterred by the cold, just layer properly with a wear a warm fleece, running pants etc and you will be amazed at how quickly your body adjusts to the temperature. This is not a class but just a group (no pressure) that will hopefully motivate each other to set new goals. We will aim to prepare for a 5km run to do together in the Spring.

WHEN: Every Friday (except during school holidays), Starting February 8th
